This is my first position in my career. Started as a working student for around 2 years and continue directly as a full time junior software engineer after i got my bachelor degree from university.
I used my early time as working student to gather many knowledges from my peers, that have many experiences under their belt.
And with hard work and their help I managed to established myself as an integral part of the company.
Starting with one simple project and gradually learned every projects in the company. The foundational skills and experiences I gained in this role paved the way for my future career advancements.
Being my first professional position, there was a lot to learn. Applying the theoretical knowledge from university to real-world projects was a significant challenge. Additionally, I had to develop my soft skills, learning how to interact and communicate clearly and precisely within a professional environment.
